TBL/HERBODY No Return, No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the defective product at EMAIL to alert us of the damage, including a clear photo of the damaged product. Once your email notification for the returned product is received, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your request. If your request is approved, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of the item. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: Any item not in its original conditions, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any replacement product shipping costs will have to be paid for by the customer.
TBL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Upon inquiry, TBL will confirm delivery to the address provided, confirm date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
